*Jiggle Your Wiggle (also known as PowerPlate - the most effective way of getting a gym bod without the sweaty changing room)
*Bryan Ferry - his new album means I can listen to Bob Dylan without complaint from my Dylan-disliking husband
*Wine Gums

Jiggle your wiggle sounds like a euphemism to me and PowerPlate sounds like some sort of jaw muscle enhancing super denture

“Jiggle your wiggle” is my euphemism for Powerplate, which is a bit of gym equipment which tones you up faster than anything you can think of - I lost inches and inches and half a stone in three weeks because of it. Brilliant for the flab before going on hols. Google it and go - you will never regret it. And no, I don’t work for them!
