Any multiple of 100 can be divided by 4! Apparantly the last year of the century has to be divisible by 400 for it to be a leap year. I think my friend didn't have a 30th ... I mean, is it possible? 30 isn't divisible by four, so there wouldn't have been a leap year on his '30th'. Luckily this year he is turning 40!!! Wohay!
